Wishing Every Charity The Best for 2026!
Wishing Every Charity The Best for 2026!
You tell is what you are struggling with, what you want to improve at or simply what your goals are. We then come up with a training session that addresses these specifically in the context of your charity. Content, case studies and solutions directly related to your lived experience.
You don't need someone to come and spend 90 minutes talking in abstract terms, offering generic ideas. You want to leave the session thinking "OK, I understand this much better now and know what to do." - That's our goal. To strengthen your understanding and give you a clear route map to where you want to go.
Our training is more affordable than you likely think and can be delivered just as easily remotely as in person. So no matter your budget, location or make up of your team - Our training is easily accessible to you!

The place to start is always know what your priorities are.
And this may not be as simple as you think. You probably have 100 things going on.
Which are the ones that you're struggling with, then out of those, which really matter.

This may be the most important bit we point out... Getting in touch commits you to nothing.
Just drop us a line, give us an outline of what you feel you need support with and we'll give you some options.
Zero commitment whatsoever.

If some or all of our options appeal and you want to proceed, you simply confirm with us.
You'll be choosing a level of training, in-person or remote delivery and then some dates.
Simple!

We then turn up and deliver a training session[s] that (hopefully) exceeds your expectations.
Tailored specifically to your charity, your cause, your concerns, your reality.
Relatable content, real-world options.
These are some of the bespoke training examples we've produced for various charity clients in 2025.

A conglomerate of Surrey charities asked us to provide a 2hr training session where the focus was understanding the demographics and makeup of different communities in the county of Surrey - How to understand these communities and successfully engage them.
In total 24 different charities in one session!

Without doubt the most daunting, and surprisingly (in the end) most enjoyable training session we delivered in 2025 was with a London community centre established over 60 years ago.
We were invited to examine the charity thoroughly... then deliver a presentation on everything they were doing wrong (and why)!

We get many requests for training with improving social media performance. But a really fun session was with a Manchester charity who primarily support people aged 60+.
They wanted to know how you can target what is a relatively small and sometimes tech resistant social media demographic.

In February 2025 we journeyed to Devon to spend time with a charity operating on an £8m annual budget, with over 50 f/t staff and a 40 year history.
Yet they had never generated a single £1 of revenue through fundraising.
What they requested was a crash-course. How does fundraising work? Who are our audience? How do we connect with them? Do we target 1000x £5 donors or 100x £50 donors (etc.)?

A really challenging session was requested by the CEO of a Midlands charity who wanted to examine if their existing board of trustees was everything the charity needed them to be.
The session involved a session with all the trustees where their qualities and strengths were contrasted by the numerous demographic and skill-set gaps that existed and the need for additional training and new members.
A challenging but valuable session.

In summer 2023 a charity CEO reached out advising their entire management team were internally promoted and none of them had held a management position before their current role.
Cracks were starting to show in performance.
In a series of 4x 1hr sessions, we held group sessions designed to bolster confidence, improve insight into what managers needed to deliver and what they didn't - Imposter Syndrome was a common theme!
Please go into as much or as little detail as you wish. However, we invite you to outline what area you would like training to focus on (use your own words), why you feel you need support and (if applicable) any deadlines.
Whilst this information is not essential, if you could also let us know how many staff (paid and volunteers) your organisation has and whether you have a preference for in person training or remote.
Other than that, tell us what you think we need to hear.
